Heyho everyone out there, Mellow reporting in on today’s events. Well, once again we headed off in the rain…(FAR OUT BRUSSELS SPROUTS!)  I’ve been conned AGAIN!  (AJ’s got some definite crawling to do here & not to forget the WASHING & POLISHING of BOTH bikes PLEASE!!!!!!)  We ventured forth to the 16th rally at the Bombala show grounds located on the Monaro tablelands approx 250klms from Batemans Bay.  Once we were on top of the Brown Mountain, we were greeted with a blinding light; something called SUNSHINE, which definitely brightened up the rest of the day.

Well over 300 bikes rolled into the sister township of “Sturgis” for a weekend full of fun in the sun!  The local Rotary provided fillet steak sangas, which were to drool over, and the various events were great entertainment, with even a HUGE jumping slide for the kids, which kept them entertained for hours.

Cheers to the new committee for continuing the tradition of this rally, which is only 1 of a few in this neck of the woods, and a HUGE thank-you to Murray & crew for the previous 15 years of extra hard work.

Yours in Riding

W.W.W. Mellow
